We have a soft cushy place full of soft pillows, comforting blankets and we darken the room a bit to make it cozy. Sometimes we hug it out where I tuck his arms in and I just hold on firmly but gentle until I feel his body release its tension. The tools you are giving him now will last a lifetime.
