YUM.

I can't muster up a creative title to this post. I just returned from a cookie exchange and I'm in a sugar induced coma. Wait, no really, but close. After much little thought, I decided to make some of these sinful toffee treats:

Saltine Toffee Bars
-Line a cookie sheet with foil and put 1 layer of saltines.
-In a pan melt 2 sticks of butter, add 1 cup brown sugar.
-Boil for 3 minutes (mixture will be frothy). Don't stop stirring the entire 3 mins.
-Pour over crackers.
-Bake for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
-Sprinkle with package of chocolate chips, spread when melty and put in fridge.
-After cooling for at least an hour, break in to pieces. 
-Resist the urge sample over and over and over again.

I just made these.. amazing!! Thanks for sharing. Wish mine were served up with the veggies in the back round. Ugh.. they are going to be hard to resist!!
